The severe weather that impacted Clearfield County on 4/29/2025 has left a significant amount of the county without power. It will most likely be several days before power is fully restored. This event has impacted a significant amount of the country from the mid-west to the east coast.
Clearfield County Emergency Management is working closely with Local Emergency Managers to establish locations throughout or near the areas without power where devices can be charged and where residents requiring medical equipment that needs to be plugged in can go.

This list is fluid and will likely change over time. More locations are being worked on and will be posted as they become available.

Currently residents can go to any of the following locations to charge devices: (you do not have to reside in any of these locations in order to charge devices)

Goshen: Goshen Township Social Hall, 116 Knobs Road, Clearfield PA 16830.
The Goshen TWP Social Hall will be open from 8:00 a.m. To 10 p.m. Until Friday.
On Saturday 3 May Goshen area residents can use the Girard Township BLDG at 1280 Girard blvd Clearfield PA.

Madera, Madera Fire Hall 2720 Main Street Madera PA

Philipsburg YMCA 113 N 14th St, Philipsburg, PA 5:30 a.m. To 9:00 pm

Frenchville Bethany Retreat 1031 Germania Rd, Frenchville, PA
